These terms cover your use of jonaki.ai and the Jonaki service. By using Jonaki you agree to them. Questions: support@jonaki.ai.

The service

Jonaki helps with your business and, with your approval, can take actions in accounts you connect. Jonaki is in early access: features may change, and it may sometimes be unavailable.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and allowed to act for the business you sign up. You're responsible for who you add to your account and what they ask Jonaki to do. Keep your devices and sign-in details secure.

Approvals and AI mistakes

Before Jonaki changes something in a connected account or sends something to others, it asks for your approval. Review each request before approving. Jonaki uses AI, and AI can be wrong, so check important figures and decisions yourself. You're responsible for the changes you approve.

Connected accounts

You let Jonaki use the accounts you connect only as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services is still covered by their own terms. You can disconnect any account at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use Jonaki for anything illegal, to send spam, to harass people, or to try to get around its safety checks or reach other businesses' data.

Your data

Your business data stays yours. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

No warranty and limits

Jonaki is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Jonaki isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using Jonaki at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. If a change matters, we'll let account owners know before it takes effect.
